3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Booking Process

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee service availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us.

3.2 Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service:

• Cooking Classes: Full payment required at time of booking
• Meal Prep Services: Weekly payment in advance
• Corporate Catering: 50% deposit at booking, balance due prior to event
• Recipe Development: Terms negotiated per project

3.3 Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Client Cancellations

• More than 48 hours notice: Full refund or credit for future booking
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund or full credit for future booking
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund; rescheduling at our discretion

4.2 Our Cancellations

If we need to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4.3 Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or other force majeure events.

5. Health and Safety

5.1 Dietary Requirements and Allergies

You must inform us of all dietary requirements, food allergies, and intolerances before any service commences. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5.2 Participant Requirements

Participants in cooking classes must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or accompanied by a responsible adult
• Wear appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes
• Follow all safety instructions provided
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs

5.3 Assumption of Risk

Cooking involves inherent risks including but not limited to cuts, burns, and exposure to allergens. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Website Content

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and recipes, is the property of Zephyra Wind and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

6.2 Permitted Use

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content without our prior written consent.

6.3 Recipe Rights

Recipes developed through our recipe development service become the property of the commissioning client upon full payment. Recipes taught in classes remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted or error-free

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zephyra Wind, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
